🤝 WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

To run this website, the quizzes and our paid reports, we use a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:

  • Mailchimp (email list): your email address, your first name if you gave it, and which quiz result you got, so we can send you your result and occasional emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Payhip and PayPal (checkout and payment): your email address, country and payment details when you buy something. Payment happens on their secure pages. We never see or store your card details.
  • Resend (delivery email): your email address and the report or plan you bought, so it can be delivered to your inbox.
  • AI model providers (writing and narrating reports and answers): your quiz scores or result, anything you typed into a quiz or tool (such as a job title, a first name or a question) and, for narrated reports, the report text. Your email address is not included in what is sent to an AI model. Please do not type private or confidential information into our quizzes or tools.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: this website and the services behind the quizzes run on their servers. If you start a purchase, your quiz answers are held for up to 7 days so your report can be written when payment arrives. A copy of a paid report is kept for up to 30 days so we can resend it if it does not reach you. Both are deleted automatically after that.
  • Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel (measurement and advertising): these run in your browser only if you accept the relevant cookies. They record page visits and quiz events, such as starting or finishing a quiz, not your quiz answers. Separately, when someone buys, we tell Meta that a purchase happened, together with a hashed (scrambled) version of the buyer’s email address, so that our adverts can be measured.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside your country, including in the United States. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact details in the Data Protection Officer section below.

🗓️ RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We retain your data for 90 days to 2 years after you terminate your account or as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Certain data may be kept longer for legitimate reasons (like legal compliance or fraud prevention).
Anonymous and aggregate data that doesn’t identify you may be stored indefinitely.

Quiz results saved in your browser: when you finish one of our quizzes, your result (your quiz scores and the email address you entered) is saved in your own browser’s storage, so you can return to your result, for example after visiting the checkout. For some quizzes this lasts only until you close the tab; for others it is kept on your device for up to 7 days. This saved copy is read only by the quiz page itself. It is not a tracking cookie and is not used for advertising. Retaking the quiz, or clearing your browser’s site data, removes it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use our Service at your own risk.
