Is it safe to put work information into AI?
Not names, rotas, absence or health details, pay, customer details or company figures. Every tip here has AI build the template or checklist while the real details stay in your workplace’s own systems. Use only the AI tool your workplace allows, and check its AI policy.
What does the AI coach cost?

Do you keep what I type?
