Monthly free goes reset on the 1st. The Practice Room’s free go is once per conversation. Quizzes, articles and tools without AI are always free.
How it works
- Buy a pack. From 10 credits for £3 to 100 for £20. Your code (it looks like BOM-XXXX-XXXX) arrives by email a minute later.
- Paste the code when a tool asks. Any tool on this page. Your browser remembers it, so you only paste it once on each device.
- Each go uses the credits shown in the table above. What a go costs depends on the tool. The tool tells you how many you have left, and a small circle in the corner of the page shows your BOM Credits. You can hide it from there.

Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for a pack and use the credits when you need them. Nothing renews.
Do credits expire?
Your code works for a year from the day you buy it.
Do I need an account?
No. The code is the account. Keep the email it came in, in case you need it on another device.
Can my team use the same code?
Yes. Share the code with anyone you like, and every go comes off the same pack. It’s an easy way to give a few team leaders practice before review season. The Team pack, 100 credits for £20, is made for this.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If you haven’t used any credits, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, with your code, and we’ll refund you in full. Once a credit has been used, the pack can’t be refunded.
Why isn’t it all free?
Every answer from the AI costs us a little to run. The free goes stay free for everyone; credits cover the people who use it a lot.
Will my code use credits while I still have free goes?
No. Your free goes always come first. A credit is only used once that tool’s free goes are gone.
Does a code cover PDFs and playbooks?
No. Credits are for the AI tools. Guides, playbooks and printables are sold on their own pages.
My code isn’t working.
Check it’s typed as it appears in the email, including the dashes. If it still doesn’t work, email [email protected] and we’ll sort it.
